Target Information
RAG2 (V(D)J recombination-activating protein 2)는 RAG 복합체의 핵심 구성 요소로, V(D)J 재조합 과정에서 DNA 절단 단계를 매개합니다. 이 복합체는 B 및 T 림프구 발달 중 면역글로불린과 T세포 수용체 유전자의 다양한 레퍼토리를 형성합니다.
