Invitrogen™ PRAS40 Human ProcartaPlex™ Simplex Kit
The ProcartaPlex Human PRAS40 Simplex Kit measures the level of total PRAS40 in cell lysates.
It is designed to be combinable with other Simplex kits, allowing you to create your own multiplex panel utilizing Luminex xMAP technology for protein detection and quantitation.
When combining multiple Simplex kits (i.e., when not using a pre-configured Multiplex Panel), only one buffer kit (sold separately) is required for each assay plate, regardless of plex size.
