Invitrogen™ IRS-1 Human ProcartaPlex™ Simplex Kit
The ProcartaPlex Human IRS-1 Simplex Kit measures the level of total IRS-1 in cell lysates. It is designed to be combinable with other Simplex kits, allowing you to create a custom multiplex panel utilizing Luminex xMAP technology for protein detection and quantitation.
When combining multiple Simplex kits (i.e., when not using a pre-configured Multiplex Panel), only one buffer kit (sold separately) is required for each assay plate regardless of plex size.
