Invitrogen™ CREB[pS133] Human ProcartaPlex™ Simplex Kit
The ProcartaPlex Human CREB[pS133] Simplex Kit measures the level of phosphorylated CREB (phosphorylation site: Ser133) in cell lysates. It is designed to be combined with other Simplex kits, allowing users to create custom multiplex panels utilizing Luminex™ xMAP technology for protein detection and quantitation.
When combining multiple Simplex kits (i.e., not using a pre-configured Multiplex Panel), only one buffer kit (sold separately) is required per assay plate, regardless of plex size.
