- In Western blot, a band can be seen at ~65 kDa representing CHT and another at ~45 kDa after deglycosylation with PNGase F.

Target Information

Presynaptic synthesis of acetylcholine requires a steady supply of choline, acquired via a plasma membrane high-affinity choline transporter (CHT).
