Target Information
Ebola virus는 외피를 가진 음성 단일가닥 RNA 바이러스로, Filoviridae 과에 속하며 Marburg virus와 유사한 형태를 가집니다. 그러나 항원적으로는 Marburg virus와 구별됩니다. 게놈은 비분절 RNA로 구성되며, SDS-PAGE 분석에서 7개의 구조 단백질이 확인됩니다. 주요 단백질은 NP (104 K), GP (125 K), L protein (180 K), VP40 (40 K), ViPX (35 K), VP30 (30 K), VP24 (24 K)입니다. 모든 단백질은 virion RNA에 상보적인 단일 mRNA 전사체로부터 발현되며, GP는 바이러스 표면 스파이크를 형성하는 주요 당단백질입니다.
