Target Information
Desmuslin은 Type-VI intermediate filament (IF)로서 근육 세포 내에서 중요한 세포골격 역할을 수행합니다. Desmin 및 vimentin과 함께 heteropolymeric IF를 형성하며, alpha-dystrobrevin, dystrophin, talin-1, utrophin, vinculin 등의 세포골격 단백질과 상호작용하여 costameres, neuromuscular junctions, myotendinous junctions 등과 같은 adherens-type junctions에 연결됩니다.
