The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I) is a multiprotein complex located in the inner mitochondrial membrane, essential for energy metabolism. It transports electrons from NADH to ubiquinone, coupled with proton translocation. Human complex I consists of 41 subunits; subunits 1–7 are mitochondrial gene products, while others are nuclear encoded. NADH dehydrogenase subunit 3 (ND3) localizes to the hydrophobic fragment of complex I. Mutations in ND3 may be associated with Parkinson’s disease.
