This X54-5/7.1 monoclonal antibody recognizes allelic variants a and b of mouse CD64, a high-affinity Fc binding receptor (Fc-gammaR1 or Fcgr1).
Alloform a: C57BL/6, BALB/c, DBA/2
Alloform b: C3H/HeJ, CBA/J, NZW, SJL/J, 129/SvJ
Not reactive with variant d (NOD/Lt mice).
Reported to stain RAW264.7 cell line.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested: Mouse bone marrow cells, ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test (empirically determined).
Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Fluorophore Information:
PerCP-eFluor™ 710 emits at 710 nm and is excited with 488 nm (blue laser).
Recommended filter: 710/50 bandpass (695/40 acceptable).
Light sensitive — protect from light.

Fixation:
Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
