Western blot에서 약 17 kDa의 단일 HBx 단백질을 검출하며, HBx interacting protein (XIP)과 복합체를 형성한 HBx는 면역침전하지 않습니다.
면역원은 baculovirus에서 발현된 재조합 HBx입니다.
