Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 인간 상피 조직에서 최소 20개의 다양한 폴리펩타이드로 구성됩니다. 분자량은 40–68 kDa, 등전점은 pH 4.9–7.8 범위에 있습니다. 각 상피 유형 및 세포 분화 단계에 따라 cytokeratin 발현 패턴이 달라지며, 이는 다양한 상피성 악성종의 구분에 활용됩니다.
