Target Information

Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 생화학적 다양성이 매우 높습니다. 인간 상피조직에는 최소 20종 이상의 폴리펩타이드가 존재하며, 분자량은 40–68 kDa, 등전점은 pH 4.9–7.8 범위입니다. 각 상피 유형은 고유한 케라틴 조합을 발현하며, 이는 상피의 분화 단계 및 성숙도와 관련됩니다.

Cytokeratin 아형 발현 패턴은 다양한 상피성 암종의 구분에 활용되며, 조직 절편의 면역조직화학 진단뿐 아니라 세포병리학 및 유세포분석에서도 유용합니다. 케라틴 쌍의 구성은 세포 유형, 분화 단계, 성장 환경, 질병 상태에 따라 달라집니다. 많은 연구에서 케라틴이 암 연구 및 종양 진단의 유용한 마커임이 입증되었습니다.
