Target Information
DPPa3 (Stella-related protein) is a stem cell marker restricted to pluripotent human embryonic stem cells, premeiotic germ lineage cells, and testicular germ cell tumor cells. Also known as developmental pluripotency-associated protein 3, it is expressed in primordial germ cells, oocytes, preimplantation embryos, and pluripotent cells. The protein contains a SAP-like domain and a splicing factor motif-like structure, suggesting roles in chromosomal organization or RNA processing.
