Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

AEBP2 is a DNA-binding transcriptional repressor that may interact with and stimulate the activity of the PRC2 complex, which methylates Lys-9 and Lys-27 residues of histone H3.
