• Rehydrate with 1.1 mL of deionized water and let stand 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve.
• Centrifuge to remove particulates.
• Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
• Store lyophilized material at 2–8°C.
• For long-term storage after reconstitution, dilute with 50% glycerol and store at -20°C as a liquid.
• No reactivity observed to non-immunoglobulin goat serum immunoglobulins, or IgG from human, mouse, or rat.

Target Information

Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of goat IgG targets.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility and sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind a single primary antibody.
Typically generated by immunizing the host with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species, then purified and conjugated (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) for high specificity.
