Target Information
Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target. Secondary antibodies provide versatility for multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, or label conjugation) for high specificity.
