Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-17, IL-17B, IL-17C, IL-17E, and IL-17F is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that shares sequence similarity with IL17. Treatment of endothelial cells with this cytokine stimulates production of other cytokines, including IL6, IL8, and CSF2/GM-CSF. The increased expression of IL8 induced by this cytokine is NF-kappa B-dependent.
