Reconstitution:

• 바이알을 개봉 전 잠시 원심분리하여 내용물을 바닥으로 모읍니다.
• 멸균 증류수로 0.1–1.0 mg/mL 농도로 재구성하여 활성 복원.
• 재구성 후 작업용 aliquot으로 분주하여 ≤ -20°C에서 보관합니다.
• 추가 희석 시, 낮은 엔도톡신 배지 또는 FBS 혹은 tissue culture grade BSA가 포함된 완충용액을 사용하십시오.

Storage:

• 동결건조 단백질은 2–8°C, 건조 상태로 보관 권장.
