Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Several serine/threonine protein kinases act as intermediates in signal transduction pathways, including ERK/MAP kinases, ribosomal S6 kinase (Rsk), and Raf-1.
Raf-1 is a cytoplasmic protein with intrinsic serine/threonine activity and is the cellular homolog of v-Raf, the product of the transforming gene of murine sarcoma virus.
A-Raf, another member of the Raf gene family, shows high homology with Raf-1 within the kinase domain and is mainly expressed in urogenital tissues and kidney, with low expression in brain tissue.
