Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
UBE1L (ubiquitin-like modifier-activating enzyme 7) activates ubiquitin by adenylating its C-terminal glycine residue with ATP and forming a thioester bond with a cysteine residue in E1. This process results in an ubiquitin–E1 thioester and free AMP. UBE1L also catalyzes the ISGylation of the influenza A virus NS1 protein.
