Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PDE1B gene encodes a member of the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase (PDE) family, specifically the PDE1 subfamily. These enzymes are calmodulin-dependent and activated by calcium-calmodulin complexes. PDE1B shows dual specificity for cAMP and cGMP, with a preference for cGMP, both of which regulate key physiological processes. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
