Product Specific Information

This BB7.2 monoclonal antibody recognizes the human major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule HLA-A2, a member of the HLA-A family.
MHC class I consists of a single alpha chain with three domains and associates with beta 2-microglobulin, expressed on all nucleated cells.

• Exhibits blocking activity and also recognizes HLA-A28.
• Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
• Pre-titrated and tested on normal human peripheral blood cells.
• Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test (100 µL final volume).
• Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
• Excitation: 633–647 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Red.
• Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
