Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SIRP beta 1 is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the SIRP family within the Ig superfamily.
Members of this family contain a V-set Ig domain with a J-like sequence and two C1-set Ig domains.
Unlike SIRP alpha, which has cytoplasmic ITIM domains, SIRP beta 1 possesses positively charged residues that associate with ITAM motif-containing adaptor molecules.
SIRP beta 1 is expressed on monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells.
