Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

FOXP1 belongs to the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family, which regulates tissue- and cell type-specific gene expression during development and adulthood.
FOXP1 contains both DNA-binding and protein-protein interaction domains and may function as a tumor suppressor, as loss of FOXP1 has been observed in several tumor types.
This gene maps to chromosomal region 3p14.1, which is associated with tumor suppressor activity.
Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
