Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
Tenascin is a high molecular weight, multifunctional extracellular matrix glycoprotein expressed during mesenchymal-epithelial interactions and in neovasculature and stroma of undifferentiated tumors. It is also known as cytotactin, hexabrachion protein, J1, myotendinous antigen (MI), and glioma mesenchymal extracellular matrix (GMEM). Tenascin forms a disulfide-linked hexamer and is associated with developmental and pathological growth, with limited distribution in normal adult tissue.
