Product Specific Information

This antibody reacts with mouse Six3. Cross-reactivity with Six3 from other species has not been determined.
Target Information
The Six3 gene encodes a member of the sine oculis homeobox transcription factor family. The encoded protein plays a key role in eye development. Mutations in this gene have been associated with holoprosencephaly type 2.
