Product Specific Information
Store vial at -20°C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
This affinity purified antibody is directed against mouse Cybr. A BLAST analysis suggests cross-reactivity with Cybr from mouse and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene contains two leucine zipper domains and a putative C-terminal nuclear targeting signal, but does not have any hydrophobic regions. It is expressed weakly in resting NK and T cells and modulates the activation of ARF genes by CYTH1.
This protein interacts with CYTH1 and SNX27 proteins and may act to sequester CYTH1 protein in the cytoplasm.
