Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
- The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
- The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
- Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
Acetylcholine acts as a neurotransmitter in both the central and peripheral nervous systems of vertebrates and is the principal neurotransmitter at the neuromuscular junction. Presynaptic synthesis of acetylcholine requires a steady supply of choline, which is acquired by a plasma membrane high-affinity choline transporter (CHT).
