Target Information
STYK1는 다양한 세포주에서 강한 변형 능력을 가진 추정 티로신 단백질 키나아제로, 과발현 시 종양 세포 침윤과 원격 장기 전이를 유도할 수 있습니다. MAP kinase 및 PI3K 경로를 활성화할 수 있으며, 뇌, 태반, 전립선에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. 또한 STYK1은 hepatoma 세포 LO2, cervix carcinoma 세포 HeLa, ovary cancer 세포 Ho8910, chronic myelogenous leukemia 세포 K562에서 발현되지만, epidermoid carcinoma 등 다른 종양 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
