Target Information
ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs) are key regulators of intracellular vesicular trafficking.
The protein encoded by the ARFGEF2 gene activates ARFs by facilitating GDP-GTP exchange and is involved in Golgi transport.
It contains a Sec7 domain responsible for guanine-nucleotide exchange activity and brefeldin A inhibition.
