Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes one of three subunits forming the cleavage stimulation factor (CSTF), which is involved in the polyadenylation and 3′ end cleavage of pre-mRNAs. The protein contains transducin-like repeats similar to mammalian G protein beta subunits. Several transcript variants with different 5′ UTRs, but encoding the same protein, have been identified.
