Target Information
Myeloid differentiation Marker 88 (MyD88) is an adaptor molecule for the Toll/IL-1R and plays a key role in the inflammatory response induced by IL-1, IL-18, and LPS. It recruits IRAK to the IL-1 receptor complex, leading to NF-κB activation. MyD88 is widely distributed across tissues.
