• Description: Monoclonal mouse IgG1 K immunoglobulin useful as an isotype control.
• Applications Reported: Suitable for use in surface and intracellular flow cytometric analysis, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and immunoblotting (WB).
• Applications Tested: Validated in flow cytometric analysis of normal human peripheral blood cells and mouse spleen cells. Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
• Purity: >90%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Aggregation: <10%, determined by HPLC.
• Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1은 항원에 대한 반응으로 B 세포에 의해 생성되는 면역글로불린 G의 아형입니다. 혈청 내 가장 풍부한 IgG 아형으로, 적응 면역반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 억제 조절에 기여합니다.
연구 및 진단용으로 ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry 등에 널리 사용되며, 면역치료 및 백신 개발 등 치료 연구에도 활용됩니다.
