Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The FBXO21 gene encodes a member of the F-box protein family, characterized by a ~40 amino acid F-box motif. F-box proteins form part of the SCF (SKP1–Cullin–F-box) ubiquitin ligase complex, which mediates phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
These proteins are classified into three groups:
- Fbws: Contain WD-40 domains
- Fbls: Contain leucine-rich repeats
- Fbxs: Contain various protein-protein interaction modules or no recognizable motifs
FBXO21 belongs to the Fbxs class. Alternative splicing generates two transcript variants.
