Target Information
RPS6KA4 (MSK2) is a serine/threonine protein kinase essential for regulating various cellular processes. This kinase contains two non-identical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates several substrates, including CREB1 and c-fos. Alternate transcriptional splice variants of this gene have been observed but not thoroughly characterized.
