- Recommended positive controls: 293T, A431, HeLa, HepG2, mouse testis, rat testis
- Predicted reactivity: Mouse (99%), Rat (97%), Zebrafish (83%), Xenopus laevis (85%), Chicken (94%), Rhesus Monkey (100%), Bovine (99%)
- Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
Target Information
Hydrolyzes ATP, and can also hydrolyze GTP with lower efficiency. Has lower affinity for GTP.
