Goat IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용한 colorimetric immunoblot 분석에서 약 180 kDa 단백질을 검출했습니다.

Target Information
ATP7A (Copper-transporting ATPase 1)는 구리 이온을 이동시키는 막관통성 P-type ATPase로, 장에서의 구리 흡수와 신장에서의 재흡수에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
ATP7A는 대부분 정상 조직에서는 검출되지 않지만, 여러 종양 유형에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
ATP7A의 발현 증가 시 세포는 시스플라틴 및 카보플라틴에 대한 저항성을 나타냅니다.
ATP7A 유전자의 변이는 Menkes 병을 유발하며, 이는 영아기 치명적 질환입니다.
