Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

ROCK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates cell differentiation and migration. The Rho/ROCK pathway is involved in the progression of various human cancers. ROCK1 is a Caspase-3 substrate and contributes to myosin light chain (MLC) activation via phosphorylation pathways. During apoptosis, ROCK1 is cleaved by caspase-3, removing its inhibitory domain and resulting in constitutive kinase activity that induces MLC phosphorylation and membrane blebbing.
