For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

DPP10 encodes a homolog of dipeptidyl peptidases (DPPs) that cleave terminal dipeptides from cytokines and chemokines, representing a potential target for asthma therapy.
The DPP10 protein shares characteristics with the S9B family of DPP serine proteases, including DPP4, which plays a key role in chemokine processing in the innate immune system.
The gene exhibits complex transcript splicing, with eight alternate first exons, four of which are localized within the LD block associated with asthma.
