- Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water.

- Mouse anti-Sheep CD45 antibody (clone 1.11.32) recognizes ovine CD45 (Leukocyte Common Antigen), expressed on all ovine lymphocytes, macrophages, and granulocytes.
Target Information
CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen) is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells, comprising about 10% of lymphocyte surface proteins.
It is absent on non-hematopoietic cell lines and tissues.
CD45 plays a crucial role in lymphocyte development and antigen signaling by regulating Src-family kinases.
Multiple isoforms arise from alternative splicing, differing in extracellular domains but sharing identical transmembrane and cytoplasmic regions.
It regulates T- and B-cell receptor signaling and JAK kinase activity, influencing cytokine signaling, apoptosis, and integrin-mediated signal transduction.
