This antibody reacts with an undefined epitope on a plant pathogen.
MA1-190-D488 can be used as a negative control in any immunoassay where a DyLight 488-conjugated primary antibody of the mouse IgG3 isotype is used.
DyLight 488 has an excitation/emission of 493/518 nm.
Target Information
Mouse IgG3 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigen exposure. It is the least abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a role in adaptive immune responses, including opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity.
It also regulates immune responses through T cell activation and B cell inhibition.
Mouse IgG3 is less commonly used than other subtypes but is still useful in applications such as ELISA and immunohistochemistry.
