Target Information
NME1은 전이성이 높은 세포에서 mRNA 전사 수준이 감소된 것으로 확인된 유전자입니다. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK)는 A (본 유전자에 의해 암호화됨) 및 B (NME2에 의해 암호화됨) 아이소폼으로 구성된 헥사머 형태로 존재합니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 공격적인 신경모세포종에서 발견되었습니다. 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화하는 두 가지 전사 변이가 존재하며, 인접한 NME2 유전자와의 공동 전사로 인해 NME1-NME2 융합 단백질이 생성될 수 있습니다.
