Target Information
CD10 (Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen, CALLA)는 중성 메탈로엔도펩티다아제 활성을 가진 세포 표면 효소로, 다양한 생리활성 펩타이드를 불활성화합니다.
CD10은 림프모구성, 버킷, 여포성 생식 중심 림프종 세포, 성인 골수의 미성숙 B세포, 만성 골수성 백혈병(CML) 환자의 세포에서 발현됩니다. 또한 유방 근상피세포, 담관, 섬유아세포, 신장 및 장 상피세포의 브러시 보더에 강하게 발현됩니다.
100 kDa 크기의 type II 막당단백질로, 45 kb 이상의 단일 복제본 형태로 존재하며, 5' 비번역 영역의 대체 스플라이싱으로 4개의 mRNA 전사체를 생성하지만 코딩 영역에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
CD10 이상은 spinocerebellar ataxia 43 및 Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease와 관련이 있습니다.
