Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PDCD1 (Programmed Cell Death 1, PD-1/CD279)는 T 세포에 의해 매개되는 면역 반응의 조절에 관여하는 수용체입니다.
활성화된 T 세포는 PD-1을 발현하여 항원제시세포(APC)로부터 억제 신호를 전달받습니다.
PD-1은 PDL-1 및 PDL-2 두 가지 리간드와 결합할 수 있으며, 이 결합은 ‘danger signal’이 없는 상황에서 면역 반응을 억제합니다.
PD1 결핍 마우스는 과활성화된 면역 시스템과 자가면역 질환을 나타냅니다.
예상 분자량과 달리 PD-1은 SDS-PAGE에서 더 높은 분자량으로 이동하는 경향이 있습니다.
