Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
T-cell activation is regulated by inhibitory receptors such as PD-1 (PDCD-1), which bind to ligands PDL-1 and PDL-2 on antigen-presenting cells. Binding of PD-1 to its ligands suppresses immune activation in the absence of danger signals. PD-1-deficient mice exhibit hyperactivated immune systems and autoimmune symptoms. PD-1 often migrates at a higher molecular weight than predicted in SDS-PAGE.
