Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.

Target Information
MAPK1 (ERK2) is a serine/threonine kinase that acts as an important activator of p90 RSK, MSK, ELK1, and Stat3, and is involved in the MAPK pathway.
MAP kinases (ERKs) integrate multiple biochemical signals and participate in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development.
Activation requires phosphorylation by upstream kinases, after which ERK2 translocates to the nucleus to phosphorylate nuclear targets.
