CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain/IL2RA)는 T 및 B 림프구의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체입니다. IL2RA는 IL2R beta chain (IL2RB) 및 IL2R gamma chain (IL2RG)과 함께 고친화성 IL2 수용체를 구성합니다. IL2RA 단독 체인은 저친화성 수용체를, IL2RB 단독 체인은 중간친화성 수용체를 형성합니다. IL2는 주로 성숙한 T 세포에서 생성되며, 성장 인자, 분화 인자, 세포 사멸 조절자로서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 B 세포 증식 촉진, 자연살해세포 활성 증가, 과립구-대식세포 군집 형성 억제에 관여합니다. 유사 유전자의 결손은 마우스에서 궤양성 대장염 유사 질환을 유발하며, 항원 자극에 대한 면역 반응 조절 역할을 시사합니다. IL2RA 유전자 변이는 interleukin 2 receptor alpha deficiency와 관련이 있습니다.
