Target Information
Degrades bioactive fatty acid amides such as oleamide, anandamide, and myristic amide to their corresponding acids, thereby terminating the signaling functions of these molecules. Preferentially hydrolyzes polyunsaturated substrate anandamide compared to monounsaturated substrates.
