Target Information
AKT2는 phosphoinositide-dependent serine/threonine protein kinase로, 인슐린 반응 조직에서 풍부하게 발현되며 호르몬의 대사 작용에 관여합니다.
Akt는 다양한 세포 신호전달 경로에 참여하며, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase)를 활성화하는 성장인자 수용체에 의해 유도된 여러 기능의 전달자 역할을 합니다.
Akt2는 일부 인간 암에서 증폭 및 과발현되어 있습니다.
