이 항체는 CD147 (Neurothelin)의 N-말단 Ig 도메인(D1)에 존재하는 세포외 에피토프를 인식합니다.
CD147은 50–60 kDa 크기의 type I 막단백질로, 백혈구, 적혈구, 혈소판, 내피세포에서 주로 발현되며, 휴지기 림프구에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
본 항체는 unstimulated 말초혈 T 세포에도 결합 가능한 고친화성 항체입니다.
Target Information
CD147 (basigin, neurothelin, OX-47, 5A11, CE9, M6, EMMPRIN, extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer, TCSF)은 50–60 kDa의 당단백질로 다양한 당화 형태를 가집니다.
이 단백질은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하며, 다음과 같은 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다:
- 정자형성과 배아 착상
- 신경망 형성
- 종양 진행 조절
또한, CD147은 monocarboxylate transporter 단백질과 MMP의 세포 표면 발현을 조절하며, integrin 기능, 세포 발달, 태아 발달, 망막 기능에도 관여합니다.
대사적으로 활발한 세포(림프모세포, 염증세포, 갈색지방세포, 악성종양세포)에서 높은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
